Returns

We truly hope you love your purchase from resinmolds.co. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition.

Return Conditions:

  • Please provide proof of return shipment within 30 days from the delivery date to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition – unopened, unused, with all accessories intact. Any signs of use may result in rejection of the return.

  • Before sending any items back, please contact us first to register your return request. Unregistered returns may experience delays of up to 7 business days due to manual processing.


Who Covers the Return Costs?

If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item sent, item damaged, or defective), we will provide a free return label and cover all return shipping costs. Just send us:

  • Photos of the product

  • The shipping label

  • The barcode from the back of the product

However, in the following situations, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility:

  • Changed your mind (Buyer's remorse)

  • Ordered the wrong item

  • Claimed item was defective but passed our inspection

  • Returns involving international shipments

  • Refusing a delivered package (shipping cost will be deducted from your refund)

If you request to cancel an order after it has already shipped, we’ll do our best to intercept it, but a $25 carrier interception fee may apply.

If your order is already in the packaging or shipping phase and you request changes or cancellation, a 5% processing fee may apply to cover restocking and logistics efforts.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@resinmolds.co with the following details:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the product(s)

  2. After approval, we will send you the correct return address.

  3. Carefully repackage the items, preferably in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, use suitable protective packaging.

  4. Send the items back within 5 days after receiving the return address.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

  6. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is received and once the refund has been issued.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

When will I receive it?
Once we confirm the item is in original condition, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Double-check your bank or credit card statement.

  • Contact your bank or card issuer, as posting times can vary.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@resinmolds.co. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel and refund it within 1 business day.

If the order is already in transit, please refuse the delivery. Once we confirm the package is returning, your refund will be processed (shipping fees may be deducted).


Online Price Guarantee

If you find a lower price for the same item on resinmolds.co within 7 days of purchase, contact us and we will adjust your payment to match the lower price.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to assist, but once your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee a correction.

If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
